More Log Houses Articles A garden shed in London has been turned into a rentable "one-bedroom studio flat", it has been revealed.
The building at a home in Gladding Road, Manor Park - which has been put up for rent at £150 a week - measures six metres by four and has a bathroom installed, the London Evening Standard reported.
In addition, the garden building stands on its own plot of land after the homeowner fenced off part of his back garden.
According to the newspaper, the garden shed flat is being marketed as ideal for commuters as it is not far from the railway station.
Meanwhile, a neighbour commented: "This is no ordinary garden shed. It has a smart brown glazed door at the front, windows and a tiled roof. The builder has done a good job."
Hackney estate agency Homefinders have placed an advert on property websites claiming that "this cosy flat must go".
