More Log Cabins Articles A new coffee shop in Yorkshire has been praised for the rustic charm exuded by its log cabin-like appearance.
Out of the Woods at Granary Wharf in Leeds was commended by the Yorkshire Evening Post for its traditional aesthetics, despite the fact it is part of a brand new development in the city.
"This little coffeeshop/grazing spot/juice bar has managed to turn something which could have looked grossly corporate into something close to a log cabin with reclaimed floorboards on the counter tops, the walls, heck, even on the floor itself," it said.
The paper also noted that the rustic atmosphere had been amplified by the using of lighting within the building, with "countless bulbs" hanging from different lengths of wire from the ceiling.
Last week, meanwhile, This is Surrey Today reported on the family-friendly features that had been added to a log cabin grotto at the Belfry Shopping Centre in Redhill.
